Bread & Cie is currently owned by Charles Kaufman and Chris Jurca.
The popular bakery was founded by Charles Kaufman along with his wife, Dori Kaufman (also known as Mrs. Charles Kaufman). While Charles and Dori established the foundation of Bread & Cie, the current ownership structure includes Chris Jurca alongside Charles Kaufman.
