Lena Luthor is Lex Luthor's daughter.
After the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths, it was established that Lena Luthor is the biological daughter of Lex Luthor and Contessa Erica Del Portenza. She was given the name Lena in honor of Lex's foster sister, who had been tragically killed by their foster father, Casey Griggs.
