Optimal Times for Brushing

The ideal times to brush your teeth are:

  • At least one other occasion: This could be in the morning after breakfast, or at another convenient time during the day.

  • Duration: Brush your teeth for 2 minutes each time. Use a timer on your phone or watch to ensure you brush for the full recommended time.
  • Toothpaste: Brush with a fluoride toothpaste to help protect your teeth from decay.
