Inserting a Single Column

To insert a single column, you need to right-click on the column header to the right of where you want the new column to appear.

Locate the Column: Identify the column where you want your new column to be inserted. The new column will be added to the left of the column you select.
Right-Click the Header: Right-click on the column letter at the top of the column you've chosen (e.g., if you want to add a new column before column 'D', right-click on the column letter 'D').
Select "Insert": From the context menu, click on "Insert Columns". A new column will appear to the left of the column you right-clicked.
