- Locate an Anti-Aircraft Site: Open your map and look for the red anti-aircraft gun icons. Mark one as your destination.
- Infiltrate the Site: Approach the site cautiously. They are usually heavily guarded, so plan your attack carefully. You can choose to go in guns blazing or opt for a stealthy approach.
- Find the Yellow Crate: Once you are within an Anti-Aircraft Site, your main objective for collecting Uranium is to locate a specific large yellow crate. This crate is typically found inside a tent or another designated storage area within the site's perimeter.
- Utilize Your Minimap: To assist you in finding the crate, if you are near enough, it will be clearly marked on your minimap with a distinctive yellow radiation warning icon. This icon is your best guide to pinpoint the exact location of the Depleted Uranium.
- Collect the Uranium: Interact with the yellow crate to collect the Depleted Uranium. Each anti-aircraft site contains a single crate of Depleted Uranium, typically yielding a substantial amount.

- Prioritize Clearing: While you only need to find the crate, clearing out all FND soldiers in the Anti-Aircraft Site makes searching much safer and easier.
- Destroy the AA Gun: Although not directly required to collect the Uranium, destroying the Anti-Aircraft gun itself (by shooting its glowing red weak points) is highly recommended. It opens up the airspace above that region, allowing you to use helicopters, planes, and wingsuits without being shot down.
