You can remove search suggestions from Mozilla Firefox by disabling them in the settings. Here's how:
-
Open Firefox Settings: In Firefox, click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner. Then, select Settings.
-
Navigate to the Search Panel: On the Settings page, click on Search in the left-hand menu.
-
Disable Search Suggestions: In the "Search Suggestions" section, uncheck the box next to "Provide search suggestions". This will disable search suggestions globally.
-
Disable Address Bar Suggestions (Optional): If you also want to remove suggestions from the address bar dropdown, uncheck the box next to "Show search suggestions in address bar results".
By following these steps, Firefox will no longer display search suggestions as you type in either the search bar or the address bar.
