AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible or As Many Reps As Possible.
In fitness, AMRAP is a workout structure where you perform a specific exercise or a series of exercises repeatedly for a set amount of time. The goal is to complete as many rounds (if multiple exercises are involved) or repetitions (if it's a single exercise) as you can within the given time limit. For example, an AMRAP workout might involve performing push-ups, squats, and sit-ups for 20 minutes, repeating the sequence as many times as possible. Alternatively, you might be asked to perform AMRAP pull-ups for 5 minutes.
