The ocean referred to as "black" is the Black Sea.
The Black Sea, also known as the Euxine Sea, is a marginal sea of the Atlantic Ocean situated between Eastern Europe and Western Asia. While not an ocean in the strictest definition (being a smaller, mostly enclosed body of saltwater), it's often referred to in that context.
