However, this limit is not static. It can be increased by successfully capturing cities within your Warzone, following specific rules:
- For every city captured between Level 1 and Level 5: Your stronghold ownership limit increases by +1.
- For every Level 6 city captured: Your stronghold ownership limit increases by +2.
This means there isn't a fixed maximum number of strongholds you can ever have; rather, your capacity grows with your successful expansion and city captures. The more high-level cities you conquer, the more strongholds you will be able to control simultaneously.

While your overall limit can increase, there are daily capture restrictions to keep in mind:
- You are unable to capture a third stronghold on the same day. This implies a daily capture limit of two strongholds, even if your total ownership limit allows for more. For instance, if your limit is 3, you can capture two strongholds today and the third one tomorrow, provided your limit permits it.
