Your Mac comes equipped with a dedicated Screenshot utility that offers comprehensive options for screen recording. Follow these steps to capture your screen activity:

Access the Screenshot Toolbar
To begin, open the Screenshot application, which will display a toolbar at the bottom of your screen with all the necessary tools.

Start the Screen Recording
