Turning Off Audio Description on Sky Q
You can disable audio description quickly using either the standard Sky Q remote or the Sky Q Accessibility remote.
Here's how:
- Press the correct button:
- On your standard Sky Q remote, press the ? (question mark) button. This button is located to the right of the number zero.
- On the Sky Q Accessibility remote, press the dedicated AD button.
- This action will bring up a quick menu on your screen.
- Highlight the option for Audio Description.
- Press the Select button to toggle the setting. Pressing Select when Audio Description is On will turn it Off.
- Once the setting is updated, press the Dismiss button to close the menu. The Dismiss button is located to the left of the Home button, which is directly below the down arrow on your remote.
Following these steps will disable audio description, allowing you to watch your content without the additional narration.
