Switching off the audio description feature on your Sky Q box is a quick process. This feature provides narration for visually impaired viewers, but if it's enabled and you don't need it, you can disable it through a dedicated menu.

- If you are using the standard Sky Q remote, press the ? button. This button is located to the right of the number zero (0) on your remote.
