Mr. Spock, the iconic half-Vulcan, half-human science officer, did not marry anyone during the Original Star Trek TV series.
While he was involved in a significant pre-arranged marriage ritual, known as a betrothal, this union never culminated in an actual marriage.
The Betrothal to T'Pring
Spock was betrothed to T'Pring, a Vulcan woman, from a young age, adhering to traditional Vulcan customs. This long-standing betrothal became a central plot point in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Amok Time."
During the pon farr, a crucial seven-year cycle for Vulcans, Spock was compelled to return to his home planet to fulfill his marital obligations. However, upon their reunion, T'Pring chose to invoke the koon-ut-kal-if-fee, a ritual challenge. She selected Captain Kirk as her champion, forcing Spock into a combat ritual with his closest friend.
Spock ultimately prevailed in the fight. Understanding T'Pring's desire to be with another partner, Spock chose to release her from their betrothal, ensuring their marriage never took place. As a result, Spock did not have a wife or child in the Original Star Trek TV series.
