Accessing the Plan Time Form in Tempo
There are several straightforward methods to open the Plan Time Form, catering to different planning scenarios:

- Navigate to the Resource Planning view.
- Look for and click the dedicated Plan Time icon. This is often used for general time planning or when you know exactly what you want to schedule.

Clicking on a Calendar Day:
- While in the Resource Planning view, locate the calendar.
- Simply click the "+" (plus) symbol that appears on a specific day in the calendar. This method is convenient when you want to plan time for a particular date.
