During The Challenge: Double Agents (Season 36), Nam was partnered with Olympian Lolo Jones. Their partnership faced significant challenges, including reported issues with communication and teamwork. While Lolo eventually chose to quit the competition, Nam's exit was due to a serious physical ailment. Not long after Lolo's departure, Nam himself had to bow out of the season because of severe and debilitating problems with his back.
This pre-existing back condition proved to be a persistent issue. The lingering effects or recurrence of this injury likely prevented his continued participation or forced his early withdrawal from the physically demanding competition of Season 37, Spies, Lies & Allies.
