Current Acquisition Method
The most reliable and current way to obtain the Pistol Pestilence mod is by farming Corrupted Vor.
To successfully acquire the mod:
- Target Enemy: You must defeat Corrupted Vor.
- Location: Engage him within Orokin Void missions.
- Mission Level Requirement: Crucially, the Orokin Void mission you undertake must be level 40 or higher.
Corrupted Vor is a recurring boss encounter within Orokin Void missions, and his appearance is guaranteed if the mission level meets or exceeds the required threshold (level 40+). Successfully defeating him in these high-level encounters provides a chance for the Pistol Pestilence mod to drop.
